Refunds Policy
We allow refunds in all cases where this is required by law, in accordance with the following rules and conditions:

A request to receive a full or partial refund is made independently by you through your account on the website.
To submit the request, go to the payments page in your account, select the payment for which you wish to receive the refund and click on the "Refund" button.
Then fill out the instructions in the form and your request will be processed. The refund will be made up to 7 days from the date of submission of the request. - The amount of the refund will not be higher than the amount of the balance available for withdrawal in the account.

Since the site's services include payment for advertising to various providers (partners), the customer will not be entitled to receive a partial or full refund for any payment that has already been transferred to any provider.
Without deviating from the aforementioned, in cases of malfunction, fraud or any illegal use by a supplier on the site, the customer will be entitled to receive a refund, subject to the sole discretion of the site. -
The website will have the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower according to law.
In the scenario of canceling a transaction as a direct result of a defect or malfunction in the site's services, the customer will not be charged a cancellation fee. - The refund policy on the site is subject to the Consumer Protection Law in the State of Israel 1981-1981.
